Meeting Rooms and Reading Nooks
There are three public meeting spaces in the library available for groups to reserve:

Conference Room (seats up to 12, includes conference equipment)

Milne Room (seats up to 125 with full A/V equipment)

Parent Room (seats up to 4, includes table and chairs)
Meeting Room Policy
Before booking a meeting space, please review the library's Meeting Room Policy and complete the Meeting Room Application Form. Application for use of the Milne Community Room and/or Library Conference Room must be made using the prepared application form at least 5 days in advance of the event date. A fee will be assessed at the time of reservation, and is due once the reservation is confirmed.

Conference RoomOur Conference Room seats up to 12 people and has a television and laptop tech setup available for presentations.
