3D Printing at the Library
Aldrich Public Library offers 3D printing services to help community members bring their ideas to life. From creating personalized items like jewelry and phone cases to repairing broken parts or crafting custom models, the possibilities are endless. How To Request a 3D Print
1. Search for a file (or create your own)
2. Click here to fill out the request form
3. Wait for an email or phone call letting you know your print is ready
4. Pick up and pay for your project (typically on Friday after you receive phone call)
3D Prints cost $1 per single-color item + $0.15 cents per gram of filament used.
Multi-color items cost $2 per item + $0.15 cents per gram of filament used.

How much does it cost to print?Printing using a single color costs $1 per item + $.15 cents per gram of filament. For example, if your item weighs 10 grams, the total cost would be $2.50. Printing using multiple colors costs $2 per item + $0.15 cents per gram of filament. The library will weigh items to determine the price upon pickup.

Can I print anything I want to?While the library’s 3D printers can handle a wide range of designs, some restrictions may apply. For example, prints that are illegal, harmful, or violate intellectual property rights (e.g., copyrighted designs) are not allowed. The Library reserves the right to refuse any 3D print request.
