Happy Friday, Aldrich staff! This is just a reminder that we will be participating in the Employee Halloween Costume Contest on Monday, 10/31. Our theme is "literary characters from our favorite books." The judges will be coming by between 12:00PM and 2:00PM. Shannon Alexander from the Barre Partnership will be coming by the library around 2:30PM to take our staff picture (after school gets out so Grace will be able to be in it). If possible, have a copy of your character's book for the picture. As Loren said at staff meeting, if you come in costume you'll be entered in a drawing for a cash prize. In addition, I've decided to offer a $15 gift card to Espresso Bueno to the staff member with the best costume. Loren and I will judge the costumes on Monday based on creativity, effort, and how well the costume fits the theme (can we tell who you're supposed to be?). The challenge has been issued!
